- Electronic Access - Ensure accessibility of all electronic programs including distance learning, web-based classes, and on-line application.
- Organizational Structure - Improve organizational structure and communication to ensure departmental awareness of campus services for people with disabilities and to enhance collaboration on disability issues.
- Outreach - Improve the visibility and coordination of disability outreach programs (VATS, College Bound, OMA, HSHT, MAOP, Upward Bound) to build the capacity of creating regional solutions and funding for enhanced education, employment, and accessibility.
